Services

Drain Warrior Services provides residential and commercial plumbing, heating, sewer, and drain services. All services are scheduled by appointment and subject to availability. Emergency service availability may vary based on technician scheduling and location.

Pricing

All pricing is presented before work begins. Additional charges may apply if unexpected issues are discovered during service. Our technicians will always communicate findings and obtain approval before performing any additional work.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe, unobstructed access to the service location.
• Ensuring the work area is accessible and free of hazards.
• Disclosing any known plumbing, heating, or sewer system issues prior to the appointment.

Drain Warrior Services is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by blocked or unsafe work areas.

Limitation of Liability

Drain Warrior Services is not liable for damages outside the scope of the services we provide. We are not responsible for pre-existing plumbing or heating issues, prior improper installations, hidden structural problems, or damages caused by materials not supplied by us.

Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship. Limited warranties may be offered on select services or installations. Warranty details will be provided in writing at the time of service, if applicable.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
